Nirvana Personal training focuses on developing your fitness goals and abilities. We offer personal training facilities in parks, gyms, homes and offices. We are located northside and generally train around the Windsor, Wilston and Grange areas.
Our aim is to help you enjoy exercise and achieve your goals whatever they may be. We develop specific programs to assist you in reaching your goals whether they be for a specific event, to develop a healthier lifestyle or to increase muscular conditioning and strength. Our focus is on muscular balance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, stability and balance. We incorporate numerous functional exercises into our programs teaching you how to activate your core in every movement whilst applying these skills to everyday life.
