Nirvana is a fantastic Personal Trainer. She gets you motivated and has a knack to keeping you that way. She shows amazing enthusiasm towards you and your personal goals, and wants you to achieve just as much as you want yourself to.
She never does the same old boring session. Each and every time it is something different. Nirvana creates a plan that is suited to the individual and values your input.
If you don’t like a certain exercise or have an injury, she will change your plan to suite you, so you can get the maximum out of every workout! My personal favourite is the Boxfit session we do every Saturday morning. It gets me up, moving, sweaty, and laughing! Definitely worth a try!

I’ve been training with Nirvana for around 6 months….
I recently had some blood tests done
- Blood Pressure DOWN
- Cholesterol – DOWN a whopping 1.0 (so much so the doctor double checked to make sure she hadn’t put me on medication!)
- Thyroid Function – DOWN
I’ve been doing both PT and boxing classes. Boy do I look forward to those coffees at the end
Since Nirvana has been training me I have felt healthy, fit and strong again. I have lost weight and am able to enjoy activities I used to do in the past like Tennis. Nirvana provides me with a weekly program which motivates me to get up and have a go. I have lost weight, have more energy, and feel so much better. I would recommend Nirvana as a personal trainer. She is professional, always on time and has exceeded my expectation.
